This Wasn’t Always My Path

I spent more than 15 years working in leadership development in the environmental sector. In 2012, I was diagnosed with cancer. Forced to slow down, I realized that I’d been so focused on taking care of others, I had lost my ability to express my own needs and desires. I didn’t even know I had needs and desires.

Desire became my guide on my healing journey.

As a former Mormon, I had a big learning curve. What did I want? What lit me up? What brought me joy? As I explored this, I started to see the necessity — and the healing power — of pleasure.

Researching pleasure changed my life. I began to dream bigger, and to live out my desires and my vision. I learned to love being alive, with all its ups and downs.

That’s why I feel so passionate about helping others find pleasure — in their bodies, and in their lives.

My Work is at the Intersection of Mindfulness, Consent, Embodiment, and Sexuality

As an intimacy coach and facilitator, I guide you in bringing awareness to what you want in your life and to communicate those desires.

I’ve worked with hundreds of people in workshops and private sessions, and have presented at Tantra and sexuality festivals across Europe and Australia.

I’ve studied with sensual embodiment leaders Regena Thomashauer, creator of The School of Womanly Arts, and Sheila Kelley, creator of S Factor.

Other collaborations include:

Coach and consultant for Self:Cervix
Co-creator of the Self:Cervix Bodywork Training
Co-founder of the School of Consent with Dr. Betty Martin

My training includes:

Certified Transformational Leadership Coach from Georgetown University
Certified Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE®) Provider
Certified Wheel of Consent® Facilitator

My intention is for you to feel empowered in all areas of your life. To notice, value, and voice your desires. And to inspire wholehearted and wholebody living, loving, and leadership.

I look forward to hearing more about you. Please feel welcome to reach out.
