Wondering where to start?

Feeling the pull but wondering where to start? I work with people in a variety of ways and can pull from many approaches and modalities, including coaching, bodywork, and trauma release. I recommend an initial conversation where we can get a feel for one another, you can share more about your intention and desires, and you can ask me questions about how I work.

The support I offer is transformational, and transformational work is a process and a practice.

This means I rarely offer one-off sessions. I usually work with people every other week for at least two months — or for years! It takes 21 days to form a new habit, and I will offer home practices for you to incorporate between our sessions together to deepen the learning.

Transformational work can also be disruptive, which means you will learn new things about yourself and how you show up.

As you adopt new behaviors, this will have an impact on your relationships — hopefully bringing new possibilities, and in some cases it can also mean loss of relationships that no longer serve you.

This is a co-creative process and together we will chart a course to meet your desires with ease and joy in the process.

Currently, I offer in-person sessions in Salt Lake City, Utah, as well as online sessions and workshops via Zoom video conferencing. I support individuals, couples and groups; and I train and mentor practitioners.

Looking to feel more alive, more connection, more pleasure? To bring back the spark in your relationship? I offer coaching sessions to individuals and couples to support connection, vibrance, and joy.

Release patterns of stress, tension and trauma in the body by safely activating the body’s natural ability to shake or vibrate. This gentle practice reduces muscular tension and creates ease, balance, and resilience.

Join me at a workshop, retreat, or online event. These are interactive spaces for individuals, couples, and professional practitioners to explore consent, embodiment, and empowered choice in a safe and nurturing environment.

The Art of Receiving and Giving:
The Wheel of Consent

by Dr. Betty Martin, with Robyn Dalzen

Why would most people endure unwanted or unsatisfying touch, rather than speak up for their own boundaries and desires? It’s a question with a myriad of answers – and one that Dr. Betty Martin has explored in her 40+ years as a hands-on practitioner, first as a chiropractor and later as a Somatic Sex Educator, Certified Surrogate Partner and Sacred Intimate. In her client sessions, she noticed a pattern wherein many clients would “allow” or go along with discomfort or unease rather than speak up for what they wanted or didn’t want. Betty discovered there was a major component missing for people -- the confidence that we have a choice about what is happening to us.

The work Robyn shares is extremely important. With her open and simple approach, she is able to turn your world and beliefs upside down in no time. She is able to teach very deep, interesting teachings in a way that everyone can understand by experiencing and feeling it in their bodies.

Pleasure happens in your body. You don’t give pleasure, and you don’t receive pleasure. You experience it.
