For many, it feels challenging to express a no due to a fear of rejecting someone, hurting someone’s feelings or losing connection. And in order to find and express your authentic yes, it helps to know your limits - what you are willing or not willing to engage in. You’ll get to practice feeling into the full spectrum of responses - from no to maybe to yes. You’ll also get to practice noticing, trusting, valuing and communicating your no as a practice in self-care.
